NYSNA's Conference Center and Meeting Facilities are designed for the comfort and convenience of meeting attendees, unlike typical hotel ballroom venues.
With an array of technologically advanced equipment, all 200 Conference Center seats afford an excellent view of our rear projection screen, ideal for DVD or PowerPoint presentations. Equipment and lighting is controlled through a convenient touch-screen podium. We also feature complimentary high-speed wireless internet capability throughout all of our meeting rooms. And unlike other facilities, all audio visual equipment is included in the cost of the room.
Our main conference room was designed so that attendees can enjoy the view of a front row seat. The room features contoured seating and tables that make note-taking and dining a pleasure. Five additional break-out rooms accommodate from 10-40 people. All rooms feature projection screens, white boards, flip charts, large bay windows and temperature control. Our exclusive executive board room is perfect for high-profile meetings.
