NYSNA's Conference Center was designed for the comfort and convenience of meeting attendees, unlike typical hotel ballroom settings. With an array of technologically advanced equipment, all 200 seats afford an excellent view of our rear projection screen, ideal for video, slide, overhead or PowerPoint presentations. Hearing-impaired enhancement compliments our state-of-the-art sound system. An LCD message center overhead alerts attendees without disrupting meetings. Equipment and lighting is controlled through a convenient podium touch-screen. And, unlike other facilities, all audiovisual equipment is included in the cost of the room.
Our main conference room was designed so that attendees can enjoy the view of a front row seat and professional sound system. The room features contoured seating and tables that make note-taking and dining a pleasure. Five additional break-out rooms accommodate from 10-40 people. All rooms feature projection screens, white boards, flip charts, a large bay window and temperature control. Our exclusive executive board room is perfect for high-profile meetings.
