The Associations library resources range in time from the late 1800s to the present with the following content
Following are a selection of the Association library's special collections
In the 1980's, a Records Management program was established to arrange and categorize the records of the association. The program allows for control of the departmental and program records throughout their life cycle. Active association records are not available for public researchers. However, many of the records document the history of the association as well as the history of nursing in New York State. These records are ultimately archived at the Foundation of the New York State Nurses Association where they are available to researchers by appointment.
