The American Nurses Association (ANA), the largest nursing organization in the U.S., has announced 19 registered nurses will receive national awards for outstanding contributions to the nursing profession at ANA’s biennial House of Delegates meeting in Washington D.C., June 16-20.

The ANA House of Delegates is comprised of as many as 675 professional registered nurses, the majority of whom are elected by their Constituent Member Associations, to help set the national nursing association’s agenda and positions for the upcoming two years.
