Administrator who wants to close LICH makes well over half a mil

$650,000: that’s how much the administrator who wants to close Long Island College Hospital (LICH) makes.

Plus a housing allowance. And a car.

Today SUNY Downstate president Dr. John Williams is expected to recommend to the SUNY Board of Trustees that they close LICH.

“This is an army of people doing little or nothing to earn a boatful of money while the rest of us are in danger of ending up in the poor house,” LICH RN Herdley Hill told the Daily News.
