The New York Times reported today on the New York judge’s temporary order to halt plans to close Brooklyn’s Long Island College Hospital.
“The whole process that the SUNY board of trustees used seemed to be a violation of what democratic principles are,” NYSNA Executive Director Jill Furillo, RN, told the paper.
