Kennedy will stand trial in October for assaulting two Mt. Kisco nurses

NYSNA members rallied outside the Mt. Kisco court house on Thursday, August 9 as his trial date was set.

It was not a good day for Mr. Kennedy’s legal team. The judge dismissed almost all of their motions – including a request to dredge up the victims’ personnel and medical records. Throughout this case, Kennedy’s lawyers have tried to discredit the two nurses Kennedy assaulted.

Kennedy was caught on security tape grabbing one of the nurses, and kicking the other to the ground.
