Be a NYSNA policy maker! Join the Delegate Assembly or its Nominating Committee
NYSNA is seeking members to fill Delegate Assembly vacancies in:
Members are also needed for the Nominating Committee:
Terms for these seats would run through Aug. 31, 2015.
Delegate Assembly members meet four times each year, including once during the convention or biennial conference.
You only need one year of experience serving in an elected or appointed position in your LBU, such as a member of your Executive Committee, a unit or floor delegate or representative, or a member of one of your LBU committees.
But you cannot serve on both the Delegate Assembly and its Nominating Committee.
This is an excellent opportunity for NYSNA members to play key roles in making the decisions that guide the association’s Economic & General Welfare Program. To apply, contact your NYSNA nursing representative.
