“One Strong Union, One United Voice”

October 19 - 20, 2022 | Resorts World Catskills, Monticello, NY
2022 Official Call To Convention

Since the transformation of our union 10 years ago, NYSNA nurses and healthcare professionals have used our voice to become a powerful and democratic union fighting for healthcare justice and winning — from the frontlines. As we build our bargaining power like never before and enter a new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we need the full power of our members’ voices to win the respect and safe staffing that we all deserve.

Join us for two days of education, solidarity, advocacy, and fun that will set the direction and priorities for our union. Classes and plenaries taught by nursing and labor experts

Online Registration for the 2022 NYSNA Convention has ended.

On-site Registration will begin at 4:30 on Tuesday, October 18 at 4:30 p.m. in the EpiCenter Foyer, 1st Floor of the Resorts World Catskills.

Pre-Convention Town Halls

From bargaining contracts, fighting over parity, enforcing staffing ratios, and voting on affiliation with National Nurses United, there is a lot going on. All these efforts fall under one umbrella – a campaign for power, dignity, and growth.

Join an upcoming town hall meeting to learn more and join the discussion.

Transportation

NYSNA is providing buses (based on a minimum need) on the evenings of October 18 and 19 from facilities in the NYC boroughs to Monticello, as well as return buses at the conclusion of the convention on October 20 at 5 p.m. More buses may be added based on need. Convention delegates who work in areas where NYSNA does not provide transportation (based on not meeting the minimum required attendance), will be reimbursed for mileage and tolls.
