Last year was like no other, and we wanted to highlight and share the extraordinary courage and incredible work we all did together.

The report captures the moments from when we first sounded the alarm about COVID-19, to fighting on the frontlines, to standing up for racial justice, to our first virtual Convention, to striking for patient safety, and much more. We hope the report reminds you of our perseverance and what we’re able to achieve through unity and determination.
