Save the date for the 2026 NYSNA Convention! This year, NYSNA members will gather for Convention on Oct. 26 and 27, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. Join us for two days of education, solidarity, advocacy, and fun that will set the direction and priorities of our union.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to high demand and possible space limitations for this event, pre-registration is required to guarantee convention attendance. Please be sure to register by Monday, Oct. 12. On-site registration may not be available.

TRANSPORTATION
For travel information, please refer to the registration form for buses in the New York City area. For travel outside of the New York City area, please refer to the reimbursement guidelines (for Delegates, for Member Observers).
HOTEL INFORMATION
NYSNA has a block of rooms at the NY Hilton Midtown at a negotiated rate of $349 (single and double occupancy). This rate is good through October 6, 2026, provided there are rooms still available. Please review the Convention reimbursement guidelines (for Delegates, for Member Observers) before booking your room.
