City of New York/NYC H+H Executive Council Resolution in Support of Long Island University Teaching Staff

The Executive Council, representing the almost 9,000 registered nurses of the New York City Health + Hospitals and Mayoral Agencies, strongly condemns the anti-union and anti-student decision by Long Island University to lock out its teaching faculty.  We call upon the President and Board of Trustees to immediately end the lockout and reach a fair and just settlement with its faculty.
