NYSNA NURSES APPLAUD PASSAGE OF HOSPITAL WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION BILL
New York, N.Y. - NYSNA nurses applaud Governor Hochul for taking action on behalf of frontline healthcare workers and signing the Hospital Workplace Violence Prevention Bill into law. This is a crucial step towards improving the safety of frontline nurses and healthcare workers who experience some of the highest levels of workplace violence and injury. Nurses look forward to working with hospitals to implement violence prevention programs and improve the safety of nurses and patients.
