In late October, hundreds of NYSNA nurses and healthcare professionals gathered from across the state to celebrate our annual convention in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

2023 was NYSNA’s most successful year to date. This year, our members kept up the momentum, proving that when we lead from the frontlines, we are unstoppable. We built upon prior contract and policy victories and won in every part of the state. Uniting with our union siblings around the country, we are confronting some of the healthcare industry’s largest issues and building nurse power for our patients, profession and future.
