NYSNA Weather Emergency Preparedness Checklist
Weather emergencies have become more frequent and more extreme in the last few years. Pre-planning is a must to make sure healthcare facilities are ready to meet the needs of patients, staff and the community under extreme conditions. This list of questions, developed by NYSNA's Emergency Preparedness Committee, is a helpful tool to use when assessing facility preparedness with management.
