Leadership Training - Part 1: The Responsibilities of Leaders to Advocate for Themselves and Their Patients

In this training we will discuss issues that make working in healthcare meaningful and challenging, and why having a union is key. We will situate New York nurses and the New York State Nurses Association in the context of nursing and U.S. labor movement history. We will also become familiar with roles, rights, and responsibilities of member leaders.
