The participant will be able to identify various classifications of stroke and the application of selected nursing management interventions.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to apply current standards of care in critical care nursing to selected situations, in accordance with the ACCN standards of care for Critical Care nursing.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to identify current standards of Gerontological Care nursing practice and apply them to selected patient conditions.

The participant will be able to apply current standards of care in Pediatric Nursing Care to selected situations, in accordance with the ANCC standards of care for Pediatric nursing.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to identify the skills needed to incorporate palliative care into their practice.
