Patients & Caregivers to Celebrate Thanksgiving at LICH: Patients Express Thanks for LICH RNs, Doctors, & Caregivers with Thanksgiving Day Party & New Blog

Brooklyn, November 27, 2013 - LICH patients are celebrating Thanksgiving by going to the hospital – this time to share their thanks in the form of sweets and merriment with LICH staff working on the holiday.

Patients have also been collecting thank-you cards for LICH caregivers just in time for Thanksgiving. They will present the cards along with photos holding signs saying why they are #Thankful4LICH in person and on a new blog they’ve created:  Thankful4LICH.Tumblr.com.

The Thanksgiving Day party will be open to the community and to the press.

When: Thanksgiving Day, 3pm-5pm

Where: Long Island College Hospital, Avrum Conference Room, 339 Hicks St, Brooklyn, NY 11201
