Leadership Training - Part 2: Using Representational Rights Under Law and the Contract to Improve Working Conditions

In this training we will review members' rights to union representation in detail, and you will learn what the stewards role is in those fact-finding/disciplinary meetings. We will spend some time on concept of Just Cause and how arbitrators assess whether Just Cause has been violated. We'll discuss grievances, and you'll learn how to read your contract!
