Leadership Training - Part 4: Advocating for Healthcare Workers’ and Patients’ Needs Through Effective Campaigns and Contractual Committees

In this training we'll review what a campaign is, and the power of escalating actions to turn up the heat on the boss. We'll then learn about the various kinds of labor-management and staffing committee meetings that we have in our contracts, and how to prepare and organize ourselves in those meetings to make the most of them. We'll then put it all together by ensuring member leaders have a plan to organize beyond meetings with management to get what nurses and patients deserve!
