Objectives for Part 3: Learn how organizing our co-workers is about building power and learn (as well as practice!) how to have organizing conversations.

Join us to learn about ways to spread the word about union actions, have effective conversations, and develop good listening skills.

Objectives for Part 4: Learn about the power of organizing campaigns, learn about the various meetings we have with management, and how the union can take control of those meetings to win our issues.

This workshop will zero in on how we can use some of the same organizing strategies we use in our biggest fights -- contract campaigns or fights against closures – to make tangible, positive changes in day-to-day working conditions on our own units.

Join us for a session to go over the details of filling out a POA form, engaging more members to do the same in a coordinated POA campaign.
