Federal labor law, as well as the NYSNA Elections and Nominations Policy, prohibits NYSNA from making any contribution to the campaign of any candidate in the NYSNA Board of Directors election. No posts or comments promoting any candidate or slate may be posted to a NYSNA social media account. Posts or comments that violate this policy will be removed.
