Members who do not receive a ballot by June 7 may call the Election Company at (877) 455-9367 to request a replacement ballot. If a member returns both a ballot and a replacement ballot, only the replacement ballot will count. The last day to request a replacement ballot is Tuesday, June 22 by 5:00 pm.
